Why one must work at startup ?

One of my friend used to work at a well established MNC ,shifted to a startup.
I was really embarrassed by that decision but justification given by my friend to work at a startup or something which i thought must be shared with a large circle of people .

Effectiveness of working at a startup :
1. You will develop strong personal brand
2. You will refine and develop skills
3. You will get noticed
4. More exposure which will boost up your confidence

If someone is working with traditional MNC will have a close loop of circle but working with a startup will create a new dimension , people will start looking at you , you will increase your horizon.

Working with a startup is not like a fixed job , you will get more responsibilities and will acquire more skills.

It is similar to a construction of house where people notice how construction is going on , your ideas will be noticed and given an importance , you have the flexibility to go beyond the orthodox work setup .

So, all in all one should work for a good period of time with a startup ...
